The shared-closer-pool model where outside closers grab meetings from a queue is on the v2 roadmap, not live today.
For now you bring your own prospects through your tracking link and run the full cycle, which is functionally the "both" role. The pure-closer model where you grab meetings from a setter pool is on the v2 roadmap. If you sign up as Closer today, you earn ten percent on customers you bring in yourself. If you want fifteen percent for the same pipeline, switch to "both" in your dashboard.
Today: not possible, since pure-closer meetings come from your own pipeline. When the closer pool ships in v2, the setter will get five percent and you will get ten percent on the same customer, locked at the meeting record.
Every tracking link click writes a row to the database with your handle. When a prospect from your link buys, your handle is attached to their customer account permanently. Stripe checkout uses that attribution to record the commission. No browser cookies. The attribution is in the database, not the browser.
Monthly. Commissions earned in a given month are paid out the following month. You see the pending payout amount in your dashboard before it lands. Exact payout date and method are confirmed in your dashboard during signup.
A cancellation pauses both setter and closer commissions on that account. A resubscribe restarts both. The IDs stay on the account permanently. A churned customer who comes back five years later still pays both of you.
No. Bring one customer or one hundred. Same percentages.
Three. Do not run paid ads on Google or Meta against the VentureFrame brand name. Do not impersonate VentureFrame in cold outreach. Do not promise outcomes we have not promised on the live site. Anyone caught doing those gets their account closed and forfeits unpaid commissions.
