1. Pricing, in full
Two paid engagements exist. That is it. There are no hidden tiers, no discovery fees, no proposal calls.
For business owners
$2,500/month, flat
Monthly business coaching. New live session each month, updated blueprint, and any systems the session surfaces built and folded into the retainer — no separate build invoices. Cancel any month.
For coaches, advisors, consultants
$999/month, flat
License to run the VentureFrame Method with your own clients. Unlimited VentureFrame-branded blueprints, no per-client cost, no tier ladder. Cancel any month.
Annual prepay option (owner side): $25,000 for twelve months upfront. That is a 17% discount. Same monthly deliverables, no other change. Only available to owner-side clients, not the coach license.
First session: free. 60 minutes, live, with a real blueprint against your real answers. No card required. You keep the blueprint whether or not you continue.
2. What monthly coaching includes
Every month a $2,500 client gets:
- One live 60-minute coaching session with your coach, structured around the VentureFrame Method — a diagnostic across marketing, operations, financial health, team structure, and strategy.
- An updated written blueprint against where the business actually is that month — executive summary, ten ranked priority actions, 90-day roadmap, all cited to what you said on the call.
- Any implementation the session surfaces, built and included in the retainer. CRM, marketing automation, sales-process documentation, ops SOPs, financial dashboards, lead-generation systems. No separate invoice, no separate scoping call. If the diagnostic identifies it, we build it.
- Direct email access to your coach and to Jake for any question that comes up between sessions.
- Your full history stored in-app. Every blueprint, every session note, always yours to export.
The rough anchor: a $4,000 CRM build effectively equals about 1.6 months of retainer, since it is folded in at no separate charge. Most owners see 2 to 3 real builds absorbed into the fee over the first six months.
3. What monthly coaching does not include
Honest list so nothing surprises you later:
- Not accounting or bookkeeping. We read your financials with you and flag what the numbers say. We do not close books, file taxes, or replace your CPA.
- Not legal advice. We flag structural or contract issues we spot. We do not draft contracts or represent you.
- Not investment or financial advice. We are business coaches, not licensed financial advisors.
- Not lead generation as an ongoing service. If the diagnostic surfaces a lead-gen system as the priority, we build it once and hand it back to you to run. Ongoing outbound-as-a-service is a separate arrangement.
- Not unlimited implementation. Build capacity is real work; if a single month surfaces $30,000 of scope, we prioritize what moves the business most and roll the rest across upcoming months.
- Not hourly access outside sessions. Email replies within 1 to 2 business days. If you need a live call between sessions, we schedule one.
4. The first-session guarantee
The first 60-minute session is free. Not "free with a card on file." Not "free trial that auto-converts." Free, with no card required, no obligation, no follow-up sequence if you say no.
By the end of that hour you have a real written blueprint against your real business. If you decide monthly coaching is not the right fit, you keep the blueprint, you owe nothing, and we do not chase you.
If you decide to continue, the first monthly retainer charges after that first session. You get another live session, another blueprint update, and any build the session surfaces starts inside that month.
5. Cancellation, refunds, and rollover
- No contract. Monthly coaching is month-to-month. Cancel any month by emailing support@ventureframe.net. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
- No cancellation fee. No exit interviews. If you are done, we do the offboarding cleanly.
- Prorated refund on the current month if we caused a material failure to deliver — a missed session with less than 48 hours notice, a blueprint that was not delivered, or a build that was scoped and not started. Standard refund window is 7 days from the incident. Reviewed by a human, not an automated denial.
- Annual prepay refunds: if you cancel within 30 days of an annual prepay, you get a full refund. After 30 days, prorated refund on unused months, minus one month for the setup cost of continuing coverage.
- Blueprint rollover: everything you built during your coaching period is yours to keep after cancellation. You get 60 days of read-only in-app access to export whatever you want.
6. Your data, your blueprints
- You own your data. Every answer you give in a session, every blueprint we produce, every note in your account belongs to you. Not us, not the platform.
- We do not sell data. Ever. No third parties, no analytics resale, no aggregated licensing.
- We do not train models on what you write. Your session answers are not used to train any AI. The VentureFrame Method uses AI to help produce blueprints, but the training data is our own methodology work, not client input.
- Stored in Supabase with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit. Only you and the coaches on your account can read your files.
- Export anytime from your account, in Markdown and PDF, without asking us.
- Delete anytime. Email support@ventureframe.net to wipe your account and all associated data within 30 days per standard GDPR-style handling.
7. Who runs your sessions
VentureFrame is a small firm. Two people. Sophia is the lead coach and runs most client sessions. Jake is the founder, method architect, and the person who builds any systems the sessions surface. Either of us may take your call. Both of us are trained on the VentureFrame Method and both handle client work end to end.
We are based in Gillette, Wyoming. All sessions are delivered remotely by video. You will get a calendar invite with a video-call link once you book.
If you email support@ventureframe.net, the reply comes from us, not a ticket system.
8. What happens if you are unhappy
Read this whole section. Most coaching firms bury this in a contract.
- If the free first session is not useful: you are done. No follow-up sequence, no charge, no card. You keep the blueprint.
- If a paid session missed the mark: email support@ventureframe.net within 7 days with what specifically was off. A real human reads it. If we agree the deliverable was materially wrong, we refund that month's retainer.
- If a build was scoped and not delivered: we finish it inside the retainer or refund the pro-rata portion of the affected month.
- If your coach is not a fit: we can swap between Sophia and Jake, or if it is deeper than that we help you offboard cleanly and refer you to a firm that is a better match. No penalty.
- If we messed up and did not catch it: tell us. Small firm, real accountability. This is not a customer-service department.
9. Coach license terms
For business coaches, advisors, fractional executives, and consultants who want to run the VentureFrame Method with their own clients:
- $999 a month, flat. One rate, no tiers, no per-client cost. Run one blueprint or fifty in the same month, the price is the same.
- Unlimited VentureFrame-branded blueprints for your own client work. No production cycle, delivered same-session.
- Onboarding included. Live method training, examples, and a direct email line to Jake for any method question.
- Not private-label. The blueprint your client sees is VentureFrame-branded. This is intentional. If you need a fully white-labeled version under your own brand, that is a different conversation and not this offer.
- Month-to-month. Same cancel-anytime terms as owner coaching.
10. Legal, privacy, and contract
- Governing law: Wyoming, United States.
- Terms and privacy policy: linked from every page footer at /trust/.
- Contract-lite by design. Paying us activates the standard terms you can read in full at /trust/. No separate signature required.
- Disputes: handled directly first. If it goes further, Wyoming state law and small-claims court are the default. We are a small firm and we have no interest in litigation.
- Question we did not answer: email support@ventureframe.net and it will be added to this page.
