VentureFrame has two products. For business owners: the first diagnostic is free, and the Owner plan at $249 per month keeps the dashboard, the AI consultant chat, re-runs and the downloadable report, cancel anytime. For agencies and consultants: the Agency License at $997 per month. It gives you an agency dashboard, a client intake of 24 questions plus 10 optional deeper ones, all written for the client's business, a 13-section auto-generated diagnostic per client (with Monte Carlo revenue projection and Investor Readiness Score), consultant follow-up questions, and per-client CRM. Same-day deployment. Immediate access after payment. Cancel anytime.
You are responsible for keeping your Agency HQ login credentials secure. You are responsible for what your consultants do with the account. Do not share your account password with clients.
The Owner plan is billed monthly at $249 and can be cancelled any time from the billing link in your dashboard; the next month then never charges. The Agency License is billed monthly at $997, processed by Stripe. First charge lands the day you sign up; subsequent charges on the same day each month. Cancel any time from account settings and the next month never charges. See our refund policy for the 30-day full-refund window.
Beta pricing. $997 per month is the beta rate. If you subscribe during the beta, that rate is held for you for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. We may change the price for new customers at any time, and doing so will not change yours. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the price then current applies.
Client intake answers, blueprints, and session notes belong to you and your client. VentureFrame processes and stores them so the product functions. We do not sell, share, or train external models on this data. See our privacy policy and trust page for the specifics on encryption, retention, and export.
You can: use VentureFrame to serve unlimited clients on your book of business, put your agency name on every client-facing surface, deliver the generated diagnostics as part of your consulting engagements, charge your clients whatever you charge them.
You cannot: resell the raw platform to non-clients, sublicense to another agency, or reverse-engineer the engine to build a competing product.
The platform runs on Cloudflare Workers, Supabase, and AI models from Anthropic. We aim for 99% uptime. If the AI is temporarily unreachable, generated content queues and completes when it returns, and the assistant will tell you it cannot answer right now. We do not offer a formal SLA at this tier.
Either party may cancel any time. On cancellation, you keep read-only access to your client records for 90 days for export and hand-off. After 90 days, the data is deleted. You can pause instead of cancelling to keep client records intact.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes are resolved in Campbell County, Wyoming.
If we change these terms, we email account owners at the address on file at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

The Growth Assistant, the consultant chat, the diagnostic and the daily tasks are written by AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Everything it gives you is a suggestion, not a guarantee of any result, revenue or outcome. Check anything important before you act on it.
The assistant is not a person and is not a CPA, attorney, or licensed financial or investment adviser. Nothing it says is legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending or credit advice. For those, talk to a licensed professional.
The assistant can draft emails, texts, posts and scripts. You decide whether to send them, and you are responsible for what you send and for following the laws that apply to your own marketing and calls.
Do not use the assistant to break the law, to harass anyone, to try to get around its safety rules, or to scrape or overload it. Do not share passwords, card numbers, bank account numbers or ID numbers with it. We may limit or stop access for misuse.
If you are on a paid plan you can share a screenshot with the assistant by capturing a tab, uploading or pasting an image. It only happens when you do it. Only share screens you have the right to share, and avoid other people's private information. Screenshots are sent to our AI provider to answer you and are not saved by us.
Daily task emails are off unless you turn them on. Each email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also turn them off in the assistant.
If you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize VentureFrame to read your company information and financial reports through Intuit's API. The connection is read-only. You can disconnect in the assistant or from inside QuickBooks at any time, and we then delete the stored access keys and saved figures. The figures are only as accurate as your books; we do not audit, review or verify them, and nothing we show is a financial statement or an accountant's report. Connections depend on Intuit's service and can stop working if Intuit changes or suspends it.

VentureFrame is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of VentureFrame or from decisions you make based on its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, and in those places they apply only as far as the law allows.
