VentureFrame licenses a business diagnostic engine to consulting agencies. There is one product: the Agency License at $997 per month. It gives you an agency dashboard, a 20-question client intake, a 13-section auto-generated diagnostic per client (with Monte Carlo revenue projection and Investor Readiness Score), consultant follow-up questions, and per-client CRM. Same-day deployment. Immediate access after payment. Cancel anytime.
You are responsible for keeping your Agency HQ login credentials secure. You are responsible for what your consultants do with the account. Do not share your account password with clients.
The Agency License is billed monthly at $997, processed by Stripe. First charge lands the day you sign up; subsequent charges on the same day each month. Cancel any time from account settings and the next month never charges. See our refund policy for the 30-day full-refund window.
Beta pricing. $997 per month is the beta rate. If you subscribe during the beta, that rate is held for you for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. We may change the price for new customers at any time, and doing so will not change yours. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the price then current applies.
Client intake answers, blueprints, and session notes belong to you and your client. VentureFrame processes and stores them so the product functions. We do not sell, share, or train external models on this data. See our privacy policy and trust page for the specifics on encryption, retention, and export.
You can: use VentureFrame to serve unlimited clients on your book of business, put your agency name on every client-facing surface, deliver the generated diagnostics as part of your consulting engagements, charge your clients whatever you charge them.
You cannot: resell the raw platform to non-clients, sublicense to another agency, or reverse-engineer the engine to build a competing product.
The platform runs on Cloudflare Workers, Supabase, and a self-hosted Claude Sonnet brain. We aim for 99% uptime. If the brain is temporarily unreachable, generated content queues and completes when the brain returns. We do not offer a formal SLA at this tier.
Either party may cancel any time. On cancellation, you keep read-only access to your client records for 90 days for export and hand-off. After 90 days, the data is deleted. You can pause instead of cancelling to keep client records intact.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes are resolved in Campbell County, Wyoming.
If we change these terms, we email account owners at the address on file at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
