After the first 30 days, cancel any time and the next month never charges. No annual lock-in, no cancellation fees, no proration disputes.
30 days from your first successful payment. Email support@ventureframe.net from the address on the account. Refund lands in 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
Log into your Agency HQ dashboard and cancel from account settings, or email me. Next month never charges. Your client records stay accessible read-only for 90 days after cancellation so you can export them or hand off engagements. After 90 days, the data is deleted per our trust page.
If you're taking a break rather than leaving for good, tell me and I'll pause your license instead. Client records stay intact and the license reactivates the moment you resume payments. Better than cancel-and-resubscribe because nothing needs to be re-onboarded.
