About

Built by one person. Priced for your margin.

VentureFrame is a small firm out of Casper, Wyoming that licenses a business diagnostic engine to consulting agencies. The whole thing was built by Jake Pitchford so consultants could replace 60-90 minute discovery calls with a 20-minute intake their clients fill out beforehand, and walk into the session with a full 13-section diagnostic already written.

One person, one license, unlimited clients on your book. Priced so a single client engagement covers the month.

Why it exists

Every consulting engagement starts the same: 60-90 minutes on discovery, then another chunk scoping, then finally the strategy work the client actually paid for. The first two chunks aren't billable in most agencies. They're overhead.

The facts the intake has to collect (revenue, team, margin, goals and so on) are the same every time, though the questions themselves are written fresh for each client. The blueprint sections are the same every time. The follow-up questions the consultant needs to ask are predictable per case. That's the exact shape of work that gets built once and reused across every client.

I built VentureFrame so a consulting agency can skip straight to the paid part.

What we sell

One product, two ways in.

Owner plan, $249 a month after the free first diagnostic. A business owner runs the intake on their own business, gets the full 13-section diagnostic the same day, works a running plan one move at a time, and has an AI consultant that has read their whole file on call for any question that comes up. Cancel anytime.

Agency license, $997 a month beta pricing, unlimited clients. A consulting agency runs it on its whole book. Every client gets the daily tool — the diagnostic, the running plan, the AI consultant — on the agency's license, under the agency's name. Before each review meeting, the pre-meeting rollup aggregates the client's activity since the last session and writes the agency five to seven tailored follow-up questions. Same-day deployment. The beta rate is held for as long as the subscription stays active.

The agency owner's own firm is the first business they put through it — which is also how they get comfortable with the output before they run it for a client. There is no per-client fee: an agency on the license can run one or fifty for the same monthly rate.

How I actually run it

Every intake and every diagnostic is generated live by Claude running through a system I built on Cloudflare Workers, Supabase, and a Cloudflare tunnel to a local brain. The intake is 24 questions plus 10 optional deeper ones, and there is no stored question list: the engine writes every question for that client's business as they go, from what they have already told it. A second AI pass fact-checks each draft against the client's answers, and a separate code check flags any dollar figure or percentage in the analysis that can't be traced to the client's own words. Predictions are backed by 10,000-iteration Monte Carlo simulations grounded in published third-party productivity research (Brynjolfsson NBER, BCG/MIT/Harvard, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs).

Six quality gates protect every output before it reaches a client. The diagnostic page walks through each of them.

Who I am

I'm Jake Pitchford. I built VentureFrame while working at a car dealership in Wyoming, talking to small business owners on the side. The wedge became consulting agencies once I saw how much time their founders were burning on discovery calls that could have been a form.

I run VentureFrame out of Casper, Wyoming. Small firm. Same-day deployment. I reply to my own email.

I'll invite a fake client in your industry, walk you through the intake, generate the diagnostic in real time, and answer everything.
