The full breakdown of what you see as the agency, what your clients see as the business owner, and everything that comes with it. Two walkthrough videos below — one of each dashboard, recorded on real sample data. Nothing on this page runs on templates: every priority action, every chat answer, and every meeting-prep question is generated against that one business.
Inviting a client, live intake, the 13-section diagnostic delivered under your agency's name, live sessions, the daily growth tool each client uses between meetings, and the pre-meeting rollup that writes you tailored follow-up questions. Recorded in the real dashboard on a sample agency with sample clients. Every diagnostic and answer on screen was written by the engine.
Sample agency, real engine output. Captions are on screen, so sound is optional.
Your home screen is the client roster. Big green button to invite a new client. Every existing client shows current status: invited, intake in progress, ready for meeting, session complete, delivered. A "Ready for Meeting" hero card floats to the top when clients have completed intake and their diagnostic is prepped.
Screens on this page show sample data, not real client results.
You have unlimited access to the full 13-section diagnostic engine. Run one for a client, deliver same session.
Your own firm is the first business you put through the system. You run the intake on yourself, work the daily tool, run a review on yourself. That is how you get comfortable enough with the output and the pacing to run it for clients.
The license is flat. Unlimited clients. You price your clients however you want — the fee you pay us does not change.
We built this pattern around our first agency on the dashboard, who runs the system on themselves before putting a single client on it.
When you invite a client, they get the diagnostic, the running plan and the AI consultant too — on your license, under your agency's name. Their dashboard tells them your agency can see their activity so you can prepare for your meetings together. The two of you are on the same system.
Before each review meeting, the pre-meeting rollup aggregates what the client did since you last spoke: priority actions they checked off, what they asked the specialist about, how their investor readiness score moved. The engine writes you five to seven tailored follow-up questions grounded in that activity. If it is unreachable the rollup still returns a deterministic agenda, so the meeting goes ahead regardless.
You still review every diagnostic before it goes to the client. The daily tool between meetings doesn't change that.
Every one of your clients gets their own dashboard on your license. They work it daily, between the meetings you have with them. Below is a 2-minute walkthrough of the owner dashboard — recorded in the live product on sample data — followed by the full breakdown of what they can do with it.
Sample business, real engine output. Captions on screen, sound optional.
Three ranked moves every morning, written against their intake, their numbers, and what they ticked off yesterday. Each action tells them WHY, not just what. The order shifts as the business moves.
An always-available chat trained on their full diagnostic, Monte Carlo projection, readiness score, and conversation history. Answers in their context, not a generic script. Available any hour they open their laptop.
A single number from 0–100 showing where the business stands on 10 investor-grade criteria. Moves in real time as they tick actions off, re-run the diagnostic, or correct an intake answer. They can see their own trajectory.
Written for their one business, from their intake alone. Marketing, operations, financial health, team, strategy, executive summary, priority actions, growth model, differentiation, 12-month roadmap, next steps, confidence engine, investor readiness. Re-runnable on demand.
A 10,000-iteration projection on their actual constraints — margin, channel mix, team capacity — not a benchmark averaged across other companies. P10 / P50 / P90 lines. Re-computes every time something material changes.
Not a report they file away. A living plan they tick through. When they mark something done, the specialist asks what they actually did, re-scores the relevant section, and writes the next move.
Every past diagnostic and session stays in the record. They compare today’s readiness score against their own last run, not an industry benchmark. They can see how far they’ve moved.
One click produces a formatted PDF ready to hand to a bank, an investor, a new partner, or a prospective hire. VentureFrame-branded; credited to your agency as the consultant who ran it.
Their dashboard shows your agency name and a single line: your consulting agency can view their activity to prepare for your meetings together. No surprises. Expected and above-board.
Also included: a 90-second intake walkthrough showing what your clients experience in their first 20 minutes with the system.
Click any client in your roster. A five-tab CRM opens with everything you need for that engagement, no jumping between screens.
Above: the Profile tab. Each of the other four tabs shown below.
KPI grid at the top (industry, stage, team size, revenue band, avg deal, top offer). Investor Readiness gauge with tier label + color. 12-month revenue Monte Carlo card. Timestamps for invited, intake completed, blueprint generated, deliverable sent.
All 20 answers laid out field-by-field, exactly as the client wrote them. Nothing paraphrased. Scrollable panel. You can select and copy any field.
The full 13-section diagnostic on its own screen. H2 headers, tables, inline SVG charts (Monte Carlo, integration scenario, investor readiness gauge). Three action buttons at the top: Regenerate (reruns the engine), Send to client via email (opens a modal with an optional personal note), Print / Save PDF (one-click printable handoff).
List of past sessions with question/answer counts + a "Start new follow-up session" button. Each session generates fresh brain-written questions based on all current info (intake + blueprint + every prior session's notes). Between sessions the client keeps using the daily growth tool, and the pre-meeting rollup pulls what they did — priority actions ticked off, what they asked the specialist, score movement — into tailored questions for the next meeting. Brain decides how many questions the case needs. Mid-session you can ask the brain for one more, it either gives you one or says "good stopping point."
Timeline of every email touchpoint for this client: invited, intake completed, meeting-prep email sent, blueprint generated, blueprint delivered. Timestamps on everything. Nothing gets lost.
You sent the invite. Client hasn't opened yet. Nothing needed from you.
Client opened the link and started answering. Auto-saved as they go. Nothing needed from you.
Client submitted the whole intake. Blueprint is generating in the background (usually about five minutes). Nothing needed from you.
Blueprint written, adaptive follow-up questions ready, executive-summary email sent to client. This is when the "Clients waiting for you" hero card lights up. Your move.
You started a live session. Notes are auto-saving. Ask the brain for more questions any time.
You marked session complete. Final polished report generated and available in the Blueprint tab.
Report emailed to the client, sent in your name, VentureFrame on the deliverable. Timestamp shows in the Communications tab.
Every subsequent session gets fresh questions grounded in everything you already know about the client. History stays in the Sessions tab.
These are the checks that run on each client diagnostic. They reduce errors; they do not remove them, which is why you can review and edit the report before the client sees it.
The 10,000-run revenue projection and the Investor Readiness Score are calculated by code from the intake answers, not written by the AI. The projection uses a fixed random seed, so the same inputs give the same result.
A second AI pass reads the written draft against the client's intake answers and corrects specifics that the answers do not support.
Code checks every dollar figure and percentage in the written report against the client's answers and the engine's output, and lists any it cannot trace so a person can look. It flags; it does not rewrite.
Code puts the written sections in the same order every time and then appends the revenue projection and readiness score, so every report has the same 13 sections.
You can edit the report in your dashboard before the client sees it. AI can still get things wrong, so read it.
The client's full intake answers sit next to the report in your dashboard, so you can check any claim against what they actually said.
Unlimited on the agency license. Your CRM handles as many concurrent engagements as you can staff.
Yes. Each consultant signs in with their own account. Client roster is shared across the agency; every consultant sees every client. Per-consultant permissions are on the roadmap.
Both. The work carries VentureFrame branding and you are credited as the consultant who sent it, on the intake page, the confirmation email, the blueprint email and the print header. Your client knows you brought them a real diagnostic engine, and they know what it is. VentureFrame stays VentureFrame.
Nothing gets lost. Prior blueprints stay in the client record. Click Regenerate on the Blueprint tab and the engine rewrites with the updated answers. You compare versions side-by-side.
Yes. Full markdown edit view. Nothing sends to the client automatically, you review and hit Send when ready.
Client intake answers, diagnostics, session notes, and communication timestamps live in a Postgres database in US-East. Encrypted at rest. Backed up daily. Isolated per-agency, no cross-agency access. The intake and diagnostic are sent to Anthropic's Claude to write the analysis, and VentureFrame does not train or fine-tune any model on them. Full data export on request, full data deletion on request.
You keep read-only access to your client records for 90 days so you can export or hand off engagements. After 90 days the data is deleted. You can pause the license instead of cancelling, client records stay intact and reactivate the moment you resume.
Google sign-in or magic-link. Sessions auto-refresh so you don't have to sign in on every visit. Sign-in stays sticky for ~7 days across page refreshes and browser restarts.
Yes. Ops dashboard at /hq/ shows real-time pipeline: cron heartbeat, active agents, quality-gate pass/fail counts, approval queue depth, replies + bookings running counts, agent activity by role. Refreshes every 30 sec.
Same-day. Immediate access after payment. Sign in to Agency HQ, invite your first client from the button on the home screen, client completes intake within the hour, diagnostic ready about five minutes after they submit.
Instead of a trial, we do a live quick demo where I run a real intake and generate a real diagnostic on a business you name, in front of you. If it doesn't do what I said it does, you don't buy. Book: calendly.com/jacobpitchford-lbos.
Yes. When you invite them, they get access to the diagnostic, the running plan and the AI consultant on your license. Their dashboard shows your agency's name and tells them you can see their activity to prepare for your meetings together. You keep the oversight; they get something to work with every day between reviews.
Yes, and most agencies do. Your own firm is the first business you put through it. Run the intake on yourself, work the daily tool, run a review on yourself. That is how you get comfortable with the output and the pacing before you run it for a client. The license is flat and unlimited, so your own firm doesn't cost extra.
Your agency's name under the dashboard header, with a single line: your consulting agency can view their activity to prepare for your meetings together. It is only shown to clients your agency invited. Owners who signed up directly do not see it.
quick. I'll invite a fake client with your industry, walk you through the intake, generate the diagnostic in real time, and answer every question you have left. Payment optional at the end.
