13-section diagnostic

The written report VentureFrame produces from a client's 20-question intake. Thirteen sections, same every time, assembled in fixed order by code: Executive Summary; Marketing and Lead Generation; Operations and Fulfillment; Financial Health and Margins; Team Structure and Capacity; Strategy and Direction; Owner Dependency; Pricing Power; Cash Conversion; Risk; Priority Actions; the Confidence Engine (a Monte Carlo revenue projection); and the Investor Readiness Score.

20-question intake

The structured client intake that feeds the diagnostic engine. Takes about 20 minutes to complete. Each question has an AI helper that explains what is being asked and sharpens vague answers without inventing figures the owner did not provide.

Agency HQ

The dashboard a licensed consulting agency uses to invite clients, review each diagnostic before it reaches the client, see client activity between review meetings, and receive the pre-meeting rollup. Each agency's rows are isolated from every other agency's by Row Level Security at the database layer.

Agency License

VentureFrame's monthly subscription for consulting agencies, business coaches, advisors and fractional executives. $997 per month, flat rate, unlimited clients, no per-client fee. Beta pricing is held for as long as the subscription stays active. Not a white-label product: VentureFrame branding stays on the deliverable; the consultant is credited as the sender.

Confidence Engine

The 10,000-iteration Monte Carlo revenue projection inside each diagnostic. Reports three bands at 12 months forward: a P10 downside, an expected case, and a P90 upside. Computed by code, not written by AI.

Daily tool

What the Agency License includes for each client between review meetings: the diagnostic, the running plan, and an AI consultant that has read the client's whole file, available to the client every day under the licensing agency's name.

Diagnostic engine

The software that writes the 13-section diagnostic from a client's intake answers. Combines a large language model (Claude) with code-level structure: fixed section order, numeric computation of the Monte Carlo and the readiness score, a second AI fact-check pass against the intake, and a numeric audit of every dollar figure and percentage.

First diagnostic

The first run of the diagnostic on a given business. Free, in full, no card, no sales call. The owner receives the complete 13-section report, the Monte Carlo projection, and the Investor Readiness Score. Each additional business is its own first-diagnostic allowance.

Investor Readiness Score

A numeric score out of 100 inside each diagnostic, computed by code from the figures the owner provided in the intake. A quick cross-functional signal; not an underwriting opinion or a substitute for a professional finance assessment.

Monte Carlo revenue projection

The Confidence Engine's 10,000-iteration simulation of the business's revenue 12 months forward, reported at a P10 (10th percentile, downside), expected (median) and P90 (90th percentile, upside) band. Each iteration draws from the figures provided in the intake.

Owner plan

VentureFrame's monthly subscription for business owners who want continued work with the AI consultant after the free first diagnostic. $249 per month per business, cancel any time. Unlocks the owner dashboard, downloadable report, unlimited questions to an AI consultant that has read the whole file, unlimited re-runs with version history, and a tracked weekly action.

Pre-meeting rollup

An aggregated summary the Agency License generates before each review meeting. Reports what the client did since the last session (priority actions ticked off, questions asked to the AI consultant, score movement) and writes the consultant five to seven tailored follow-up questions grounded in the client's own activity.

Priority Actions

One of the 13 diagnostic sections. A ranked list of specific actions the owner should take, derived from the intake answers. On an Owner plan, actions are tracked between re-runs: when the owner ticks one off, they record what they actually did, and the next re-run scores the business against that work rather than repeating the same advice.

Six safeguards

The six measures VentureFrame runs on every diagnostic to limit hallucination risk: (1) the Monte Carlo and the readiness score are calculated by code, not written by AI; (2) a second AI pass fact-checks the draft against the client's intake answers; (3) code audits every dollar figure and percentage in the report; (4) the sections are assembled in fixed order by code; (5) agency clients: the licensing consultant reviews every report in Agency HQ before delivery; (6) the client's full intake answers sit beside the report for claim-by-claim verification.

Version history

The record of every re-run of the diagnostic for a given business on the Owner plan. Each re-run is kept and timestamped, so the owner (and, where applicable, the licensing consultant) can see how the business has moved over time.
