The basics

What is VentureFrame?

What software can analyze my whole business and tell me what to do next?

VentureFrame does exactly that. You answer 24 questions written for your business (plus 10 optional deeper ones), and it writes a 13-section diagnostic of the business the same day, including a Monte Carlo revenue projection and an Investor Readiness Score computed from your own numbers. Then it tells you what to do next: three small growth tasks every day, and an on-demand AI growth specialist that has read your whole file and answers questions about your business. The first diagnostic is free, no card required.

Who is VentureFrame for?

Small business owners with real revenue and expenses who want their business worked on every day, not once a quarter. Consultants, coaches and agencies can also license it to run on every client they serve. It is not for investors seeking deal flow.

Is VentureFrame legit?

Yes. VentureFrame is a real, operating software business. It was founded in 2026 by Jake Pitchford and is based at 2076 Boysen Street, Casper, Wyoming 82604; contact support@ventureframe.net. Payments are processed by Stripe, and VentureFrame never sees card details. Both paid plans have a 30-day full-refund window from the first payment, as set out in the refund policy. Terms, privacy policy, refund policy and a plain-English data and security page are published on the site. VentureFrame is new, so there are not many independent reviews yet. The intake and the diagnostic

How long does the intake take?

About 15 to 20 minutes. There are 24 questions, plus 10 optional ones, with an AI helper on every question that explains what is being asked and sharpens vague answers without inventing figures. The engine then writes the full diagnostic in about three minutes.

More on this →
Is there an AI helper on each question?

Yes. Each question has an AI helper that explains what the question is asking and sharpens vague answers without inventing figures the owner did not provide.

More on this →
What happens after I submit the intake?

The engine writes the full 13-section diagnostic in about three minutes and delivers it to the owner's dashboard. There is no sales call and no human review inside VentureFrame unless you choose to work with a consultant, who can then see your file.

More on this →
What is in the 13-section diagnostic?

Marketing and Lead Generation, Operations and Fulfillment, Financial Health and Margins, Team Structure and Capacity, Strategy and Direction, Executive Summary, Priority Actions, Growth Model, Differentiation, 12-Month Roadmap, Recommended Next Steps, a Confidence Engine (Monte Carlo revenue projection at P10, expected and P90), and an Investor Readiness Score out of 100.

More on this →
Is the diagnostic written about my business or is it a template?

It is written from your answers to 24 questions, which are themselves written for your business as you go. The Monte Carlo revenue projection and the Investor Readiness Score are computed numerically from the figures you give. The 13 sections are assembled in fixed order by code, and a second AI pass fact-checks the draft against your answers before delivery.

More on this →
How is the Monte Carlo projection calculated?

The Confidence Engine runs 10,000 iterations against the figures the owner provided in the intake, and reports three bands: a P10 downside, an expected case, and a P90 upside. The projection is computed by code, not written by AI.

More on this →
How is the Investor Readiness Score computed?

By code, out of 100, from the figures given in the intake. The AI does not write the score.

More on this →
What are the six safeguards?

The Monte Carlo and the readiness score are calculated by code; a second AI pass fact-checks the draft against the client's intake answers; code audits every dollar figure and percentage in the report; the sections are assembled in fixed order by code; the agency owner (if licensed) reviews every report in the dashboard; and the client's full intake answers sit beside the report.

More on this →
Does anyone at VentureFrame read my answers?

Not unless you choose to work with a consultant. The engine writes your diagnostic and delivers it to your dashboard without anyone reading it. If you work with a consultant through VentureFrame, either an agency you hired or Jake Pitchford through the consulting lane, that consultant can see your file so they can prepare for your meetings.

Pricing and the Owner plan

How much does VentureFrame cost?

The first diagnostic is free, no card required. After that the Owner plan is $249 per month, cancel any time; it includes three small growth tasks every day, unlimited questions to the AI growth specialist, and unlimited re-runs of the diagnostic with version history. Consultants and coaches who want to resell VentureFrame to their own clients use the Agency License at $997 per month for unlimited clients.

More on this →
Do I pay before I see the diagnostic?

No. The first diagnostic is free in full, no card required. You get the whole 13-section report, the Monte Carlo revenue projection and the Investor Readiness Score. The Owner plan is only for continued work with the AI consultant after that first free run.

More on this →
What does the Owner plan include?

$249 per month per business, cancel any time. It unlocks the owner dashboard, the downloadable report, three small growth tasks every day, unlimited questions to an AI growth specialist that has read the whole file, and unlimited re-runs with version history. When an owner ticks off a task they record what they actually did, and the next re-run scores the business against that work rather than repeating the same advice.

More on this →
What if I have more than one business?

Each additional business is its own $249 per month Owner plan. The free first diagnostic applies to each business the first time it is run.

More on this →
Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time from inside the product. There is no annual lock-in and no setup fee.

How it compares

Is VentureFrame just ChatGPT with a wrapper?

No. VentureFrame uses an AI model inside the engine, but the surrounding structure is what defines the product: a 24-question adaptive intake, 13 report sections assembled in fixed order by code, a 10,000-iteration Monte Carlo projection computed numerically, an Investor Readiness Score computed by code, and a second AI pass that fact-checks the draft against the client's own intake answers.

More on this →
Can I just use ChatGPT to analyze my business instead?

You can, and for many open-ended questions ChatGPT is a reasonable tool. The difference is repeatability and structure. ChatGPT does not run a 10,000-iteration Monte Carlo, does not compute an Investor Readiness Score, does not assemble a report in a fixed section order, and does not automatically audit numeric figures against your prior answers.

More on this →
What model does VentureFrame use?

VentureFrame runs on Anthropic's Claude. The product's structure is independent of the model; the model is one component inside the engine.

More on this →
Does VentureFrame replace a fractional CFO?

No. A fractional CFO is a finance-first engagement with a credentialed human doing hands-on finance work (closing books, forecasting, fundraising support, board reporting). VentureFrame is a cross-functional diagnostic that covers finance as one of thirteen sections. The two coexist cleanly.

More on this →
Is the Investor Readiness Score a substitute for a CFO's assessment?

No. The Investor Readiness Score is a numeric score computed by code from the intake figures. It is a quick cross-functional signal, not an underwriting opinion or a professional finance assessment, and should not be used in place of one.

More on this →
How is VentureFrame different from a CPA firm?

A CPA tells you what already happened. A diagnostic tells you what to fix next. Wyoming has plenty of great accountants. VentureFrame works alongside your accountant, not instead of one.

For consultants, coaches and agencies

Can consultants and coaches resell VentureFrame?

Yes. The Agency License is $997 per month for unlimited clients. You charge your clients your own rates through your own payment setup; VentureFrame never bills them. You run your overview meetings, track every client in the per-client CRM, and get a pre-meeting rollup of what each client did. VentureFrame branding stays on the reports and you are credited as the sender; it is not white-label.

More on this →
What is the Agency License?

$997 per month, unlimited clients, no per-client fee. For consulting agencies, business coaches, advisors and fractional executives who run recurring client meetings. The agency runs the meetings; each client the agency invites gets their own dashboard with the full 13-section diagnostic, three small tasks a day built from it, and an on-demand AI growth specialist that has read their file. Before each meeting, a pre-meeting rollup shows the agency what the client did and writes follow-up questions. The agency can also run live diagnostic sessions.

More on this →
Is this a white-label product?

No. VentureFrame branding stays on the deliverable. The consultant is credited as the one who sent it, and the licence is unlimited clients rather than a rebrand.

More on this →
What happens between meetings with my clients?

Each client gets a daily tool to work with between review meetings on the agency's license, credited to the agency, with VentureFrame branding kept (this is not white-label). Before each review meeting, a pre-meeting rollup aggregates what the client did since the last session and writes the consultant five to seven tailored follow-up questions, grounded in the client's own activity.

More on this →
Does VentureFrame replace my consulting work?

No. VentureFrame replaces the discovery call and the first written deliverable. The strategy, implementation and client relationship stay with the human consultant. Many agencies use it alongside their existing engagements, not instead of them.

More on this →
How is client data isolated between agencies?

Agency rows are isolated at the database layer by Row Level Security in Supabase. VentureFrame does not sell client data and does not train models on client inputs.
